- Founded June 16, 2001, The J-Rods makes it's headquarters in San Antonio, TX. J.R. is the CEO and President (more commonly referred to as "Daddy"). Jenn is the CFO and EVP (also known as "Mama"). Rebecca and Roman make up the Board of Directors, and boy are they ever!
